Kirkland Social - Finn, Bothell, and Norway Hills

Join us for a social ride from Crestwoods Park in Kirkland.  This is a 29 mile tour of several Kirkland-Bothell area hills with great descents at a Steady Pace (12-14 mph).  Hill climbs will be led at a speed commensurate with Steady pace, but you may climb at your own speed and we will regroup at the top.  Restrooms are available at the start, and at Blyth Park @ 14.7 miles.  Coffee/food stop (Starbucks on Beardsley Blvd.) at 18.8 miles. 

Let's meet at Crestwoods Park and please be ready to ride at 11:00am.   We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's done.  If you miss the briefing you may not be able to ride with the group.   Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case.  If you wish to join along the route, please contact us to arrange a meeting point where we can stop and give you the safety briefing.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
