Edmonds, Innis Arden and Hills

Join us for a ride from Edmonds City Park on a 22 mile route at a Moderate Pace 14-16 MPH!

The route is a hilly ride with many views of the Sound and Olympic Mountains starting in Edmonds. This ride is similar to the Hills around Edmonds ride but in the opposite direction.  We will start out heading south and ride up into Innis Arden.  After our ride through Innis Arden we'll turn north back toward Edmonds.   Our ride back to the start will include a ride down Meadowdale Beach Rd and the down and up of Talbot road.  This ride provides some nice scenery and views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Moutains.work.  There are no planned stops on this route so please have water and snacks as needed.

Let's meet at the gravel lot in the southwest corner of Edmonds City Park, and please be ready to ride at 9:50. We will start with a required safety briefing, and roll out when that's complete.  If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to regroup after hills.

Restrooms are available at the start and at mile 16.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancelation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
