FRUMPS: Woodinville - Lowell - Snohomish – Miner’s Corner

Join us for a ride from Woodinville’s Wilmot Park on a 43-mile route at a Steady pace (12-14 MPH) on hilly terrain.  We'll ride north through the UW Bothell Campus and past forests and farmlands to Lowell, then follow the Snohomish River to Snohomish Bakery for a somewhat leisurely lunch. The return will take us up Broadway Ave. to Interurban Blvd. and through Miner’s Corner. 

We will climb and descend hills at our own pace and our goal will be to stay together.

Let's meet at Wilmot Gateway Park on the Sammamish River Trail.  Restrooms and water are available at the start.  Restroom stops are available at mile points 12.5 and 39. 

Please be ready to ride at 10:00 AM when we will do the safety briefing and get on the road. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: If you are not present and ready at 10:00 when we start the safety briefing, you will not be allowed to participate.     

Bring ID, a spare tube, tools, and knowledge to fix a flat, a cell phone in case you cannot finish, two water bottles, pocket snacks, and money for lunch just in case. Please have fenders if the roads are wet or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.   

You are required to pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above. Please unregister if you decide not to ride. 

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions or other unexpected events, the Ride Leaders will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and ride. Ride Leaders may not be at the start location.
