Join us for a ride from Renton's Old City Hall (200 Mill Ave.) on a 51-mile route through New Castle, Lake Hills, Factoria and the Renton Highlands. The pace will be Moderate (14-16 MPH). The pace of this ride is based on having no wind and being on a flat road. If there is a headwind or a hill, the pace will be lower, if we have a tailwind or downhill, the pace may be higher. Due to the number of similar routes I ride version numbers are used, versions of the same ride may have very different elevation profiles, keep this in mind when deciding to do this ride.
Formerly Newport Loop 196th.
Let's meet at Renton's Old City hall at 9:45 AM for our pre-ride safety briefing. If you miss the briefing you will not be able to ride with the group.
We will climb and descend hills at our own pace, and our goal will be to stay together. We'll also limit our speed on any multi-use paths to the legal maximum (usually 15 MPH).
Restrooms are not available at the start. We will stop along the way for restrooms/water, Please see the stop list below;
