Auburn - Black Diamond Bakery New Year's Day (Brisk)

Start the new year off with this traditional route from Auburn up to the world famous Black Diamond Bakery. Donuts, pastries, pie and delicious treats! 

This ride has some climbing along with nice fast downhills and flat sections as we drop down to the valley on the return.

Restrooms: At the start (Wal-Mart) and  mile 14 Rest Stop Black Diamond Bakery. Portajohn stop at mile 34.9 Green Valley Meats.

The pace is Brisk 16-18 mph on the flats with no headwind.

Arrive at least 30 minutes early so that you can get yourself ready, sign the waiver, and listen to the S.M.A.R.T. briefing. This allows us to have an on-time departure.

Be considerate and have full fenders including mud flaps if roads are wet or a prediction of rain is in the forecast, or ride in the back.
