Event has already happened.
We start off in bucolic downtown Renton at Burnett Linear Park, warm up with a ride out to Alki then around the point where the fun begins. We head to West Seattle via Marine View Drive, a challenging but manageable climb; after which we will take a short stop at the Dubsea Deli to prepare for our final climb up Military before returning to Renton. This is an update, make sure you have current file.
If weather conditions meet the Steady Rain Cancels criteria, I will post a ride-cancelled notice in Comments, below, two hours prior and not go to the start. Please check here before leaving for the ride.
Please RSVP by clicking on the red "Register Now" button under the ride title above. This will save time at the start. It's not a problem if you decide not to do the ride.
- Stops: Alki (5min mile 19), Dubsea Coffee (20 min mile 30.2)
- Regroup at top of hills or when necessary
- In the event of damp weather use of fenders with mudflaps is appreciated
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
