Tuesday Late-Afternoon Ride

Please join me on Tuesday afternoon for a ride up and down the Auburn/Kent valley.  

This ride will begin from the parking lot of the Regal Theater in the Auburn Outlet Collection Mall.  The distance will be 26.3 miles and our pace will be moderate which is 14-16 mph on the flats!  There are bathrooms at the start inside the Walmart store and we will also have a bathroom break at Three Friends Fishing Hole as we head back at mile 14.4.

This ride is pretty much flat and it's meant to get you out on your bike during the weekday so as to keep your legs in shape for your weekend training ride.  The weather for Tuesday looks pretty darn good.  So, I hope you will join me.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes early so you can get your bike and yourself ready.  I will give the S.M.A.R.T. talk (safety briefing) just before we leave.  We will begin riding promptly at 4:30 pm.  

You are encouraged to pre-register by clicking the red "Register Now" button above. There is no need to unregister if you decide not to ride.

Bring a spare tube and tools to fix a flat, just in case. Please have full fenders if the roads are wet, or you may be asked to ride at the rear of the group.

Note: If weather conditions meet the weather cancellation criterion listed above or if there are unforeseen hazardous riding conditions, the Ride Leader will post a ride-canceled note in the Comments section below at least two hours prior to the start and Ride Leader(s) will not be at the start location.
