FRIDAY RIDERS: Bike the circumference of Queen Anne and Lake Union
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
Queen Anne Hill is surrounded by bike paths and dedicated bike lanes, the Elliott Bay Bicycle Trail, the Ship Canal Trail, the Westlake Bikeway, and the Thomas Street Bridge. We will bike them all plus circling Lake Union and a detour to Smith Clove. The route is relatively but not entirely flat with mostly but not all dedicated bike lanes. We will be on streets on the east side of Lake Union. Leader rides at a slow leisurely pace. New riders young and old welcome. While pre registration is not necessary, if you preregister for the ride online you will be considered a Cascade member and can start getting useful Breaking News Cascade e mails which highlight advocacy and other bicycle news.
