Ladies, make your Sunday count and let's keep the legs in cycling shape. Join me in this climbing route from Kenmore out to Redmond, then to the shores of Lake WA in Kirkland. We will then turn and head the ponies back to the barn (aka The Hangar). Bring a friend or come solo and make new friends!
This ride is for Women Only! If you are looking for a welcoming group of women who are here to encourage each other while having fun and developing new friendships, then this is the group for you! Your ride leader, Juli Zalud, is a Trek Women's Advocate and invites all women (regardless of the bike brand you ride) to experience the fun of getting out on your bike with other like-minded women, get in some exercise and good conversation, while enjoying the day with other ladies who share the passion of cycling. This is a group ride for any women who is looking for a positive, fun, and encouraging group. If it's your first group ride, we welcome you and would love to have your join us! You can do this!

As long as you are comfortable with the posted pace on the flats, don't worry about the rest. We will wait at the top of climbs to give all riders a chance to catch a breath before continuing. When using designated bicycle trails we will observe the posted speed limit. If you have any personal concerns about the pace or climbing please email Juli at the email address listed above.
