Event has already happened.
Summer is the time for longer rides and hopefully less traffic getting to the ride start. This Friday we will start at 8:30 from Ron Regis Park in Renton and do a very beautiful 56 mile rural loop through Maple Valley, Ravensdale, the Green River Gorge and Black Diamond. The Black Diamond Bakery rest stop is not until mile 36 so please bring lots of pocket food. We will take 2 short restroom stops on the way to Black Diamond and one on the way back to Renton. Start location has sanicans but no water. Bring 2 full water bottles. Water will also be available in Ravensdale at mile 18 and in Black Diamond. Bring money for food purchase at the Black Diamond Bakery if desired.
Please arrive early and be ready to hear the safety briefing at 8:20 as we will depart promptly at 8:30. Be aware that portions of this route may not have cell service.
If I need to cancel this ride due to bad weather I will do so in the comments section of this posting no later than 6:30am on ride day. Please check the comments section before driving to the ride start. Rain during the ride could amend the route.

What to Know Before You Go

- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
