Woodland Park to North Creek <49>

Join us for a vigorous paced (19mph) 49-mile hilly route from Woodland Park to North Creek and return. Meet in the Woodland Park lower parking lot (near the soccer fields) at 0945 for pre-ride brief, then rolling promptly at 1000. We'll head up north through Ravenna and Lake City, tackling the long climbs north out of Bothell and into North Creek. From there, we'll turn south and head home via Alderwood Manor, Brier, and Northgate. Restrooms available at the start, and at stops along the way as necessary at miles 13, 23 and 36. Chance for coffee at either Standard Bakery in Pinehurst or Cloud City Coffee in Maple Leaf, both within four miles of the finish. Our goal will be to stay together, regrouping at top of longer climbs. We'll limit speed to 15mph on multi-use paths. Fenders recommended if the roads are wet. Hope you can join us.
