Black Friday Black Diamond Coffee Run (Steady)

Come join us for a Black Friday mornng ride to Black Diamond.  A friendly ride out to Black Diamond with a midpoint break for coffee at the Black Diamond Bakery. The ride features some light climbing for your pastry in the first part of the ride which is followed by a mostly downhill second half.

If wet, use of fenders/mudflaps is appreciated especially by the riders behind you.

Cancellation Policy: Steady rain cancels.  If the ride is cancelled due to weather, it will be posted here by 8:00am and the ride leaders will not be at the start. 

Expectations (important, please read!): Arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of the ride to check off your name or sign the waiver and be part of the safety briefing. S.M.A.R.T. riding is the standard and all riders are held accountable for doing their best to adhere to these; we want to be awesome representatives of the bike community in King County and be safe! Front and rear lights are highly recommended! Riders should be able to maintain the posted pace. We regroup occasionally. Riders have to be independent when they have a flat and/or mechanical. Please print a cue sheet in case you get separated from the group and bring a charged cellphone if possible. All riders are responsible to promote a great experience by having a positive attitude, having fenders when the roads are wet or rain is in the forecast, enjoying the beauty we are surrounded by and just by having fun! Steady rain or other unsafe conditions cancels the ride. If the ride is canceled, it will be posted by 8:00 am in the comment section. In that case the ride leaders will not be at the start.

Note: While on the trail we will ride at the posted speed limits.
