TREATS - 60 Acres/Redmond Ridge

Join our Tuesday group for a social steady paced ride on this  popular, hilly route on quiet roads from the Sixty Acres Park south field parking lot (located along the Sammamish River trail approximately 3 miles north of Redmond) up over the English Hill area, then to Redmond Ridge with a rest stop at the Redmond Ridge Starbucks at mile 27. There is also a QFC and other choices nearby for purchasing food. Parking lot for start location is on the south side of 116th but there is overflow parking just across the street on the north side of 116th. Sanican at start but no water. Bring filled water bottles and snacks as lunch will not be until mile 27. 

This route has a lot of turns and meandering through neighborhoods so PLEASE print a cue sheet or download the route from the link provided.

Frost, ice, snow, or freezing conditions will also cancel the ride. In event of weather conditions being poor as described above, I will post a cancellation notice in the comments section below by 7:30 a.m. on the day of the ride. If you do not see a cancellation notice, and weather is questionable, I will be at the start and make the go or no-go decision there. If the weather is questionable feel free to call or text me at the number provided above, especially if you are driving any distance to the ride. 

Please be sure to arrive at least 20 mins early to prepare your bike, use bathroom, sign waiver and hear SMART briefing. We will depart promptly at 10 a.m. 

If you have a Cascade account you may register in advance up until 8am on ride day by clicking the Register button at the top of this page.  If your plans change you do not need to unregister.  Riders may also sign in at the ride start.
