Free Group Ride
Greenlake to Ballard for Sunday Farmer's Market
Event has already happened.
Enjoy the company and support of other cyclists en route to the Farmer's Market in historic Ballard. Meet at 10 am, Sunday, July 9, in the pedestrian courtyard in front of Puget Consumers Co-op (PCC) Greenlake Village (450 NE 71st St). From there, we'll travel mostly by bike lanes, multi-use trails, and city streets to our destination. After refreshments and shopping, we'll return to our starting point. Be sure to bring a bicycle lock to secure your rig in Ballard. The Ballard Market has street food and pastry booths for snacks or lunch. Many vendors accept credit cards, and you can never go wrong with cash. And, of course, there will be plenty of farm-fresh produce this time of year, so this is the ride for panniers or baskets, if you wish to haul a load!
