Friday Riders: Meet at Marymoor Park in Redmond, West side of park off of West Lake Sammamish Parkway, near tennis courts. Bring cash ($1 I think) for parking. Please arrive in plenty of time to hear safety briefing, have bike ready and be ready to ride at 10 AM promptly. Rest room available at start
We'll ride along West Lake Sammamish Parkway to Issaquah, stop at Tully's for coffee/snack, ride back on East Lake Sammamish Parkway. There are a few rolling hills on West Lake Sam Pkwy. We'll regroup and stay together. Optional lunch stop (group choice) after the ride.
Cue sheet can be found at Ride with GPS if you want one. Group will stay together. You can register for ride on this webpage if you'd like or sign waiver on day of ride.
Ride is available for mentoring. Ride leader candidate should contact me several days in advance and should know the route.
If heavy consistent area-wide rain, ride leader will cancel and post that information on this webpage prior to 8 AM on day of ride. Leader will not go to start in that case. In the case of light rain or intermittent drizzle ride leader will be at start and make decision at that time.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
