Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
Join us for a 20 mile, 1100-foot elevation gain ride as we tour the University of Washington campus, and the neighborhoods of Maple Leaf, Meadowbrook, Greenwood and Phinney Ridge. Along the way, we'll pass the Meadowbrook Ponds, Jackson Golf Course, and the Woodland Park Zoo. Of course we will offer a few optional short steep climbs for those who want a challenge. Afterwards, we'll head to the Nickerson Street Saloon for food, drinks and socializing for those interested.
Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the start time to get your bike set up, sign the waiver, and to listen to the safety talk.
I will not be at the ride start should conditions be as noted in “Showers Cancels” above. I will announce the cancellation in the comments section below at least 2 hours prior to the ride start and will monitor my phone and/or email listed in the Contact information. If you have questions about the weather, please call (or email) before you leave for the ride.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
