Event has already happened.
This will be a social and somewhat hilly ride to Issaquah via West Lake Sammamish Parkway, then heading to the north end of Mercer Island via Newport Way and the Mercer Slough; returning through Factoria and Lake Hills. The address for the start location is a business near the entrance to the parking lot for the East Lake Sammamish trail which is immediately west of the Whole Foods shopping complex on Redmond Way. There is a sanican at the start but no water, so bring full water bottles. We will stop for lunch at mile 24, on the north end of Mercer Island at a Starbucks coffee shop. Food available for purchase. Please download the route from the link provided or print a cue sheet.
Plan to arrive and be ready to hear safety briefing by 9:50am so we can depart promptly at 10.
In the event of showers the ride leader may not be at the start but will post a cancellation notice in the comments section of this posting by 07:30 on the day of the ride. Showers during the ride could amend the route.
