We will take a short, fairly flat ride out to Madison Park and stop either at Madison Park Bakery or Starbucks,
• Rain Cancellation: Steady rain cancels. This is Seattle, so I will usually ride. In the event of damp weather, the use of fenders/mud flaps is greatly appreciated by those behind you.
• Additional: Mentoring available for prospective Ride Leaders with advance notice. Please arrive early enough to ready your bike and to attend the Most Interesting Safety Briefing in the World (S.M.A.R.T).
**The pace of this ride is on a flat road with no wind. If there is a head wind or we are on a hill, pace will be slower and if we are going downhill or there is a tailwind pace may be faster. Please take this into consideration when deciding whether or not to participate in this ride.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
