Join us for a sunny ride in search of Frost (donuts, that is). This will be a fast Brisk paced ride (18mph) of 38 miles. Starting from the NEW Cascade Bicycle Club headquarters in Magnuson Park, we'll head north and west to Shoreline and Lynwood (along portions of the Interurban Trail at 15mph) up to Mill Creek for a taste of the unique flavors of Frost Donuts. Then return south via Kenmore and along a short portion of the Burke Gilman (15mph). One somewhat challenging hill at mile 15, the rest of the route is pretty rolling. Be ready for a pre-ride briefing at 0850, and we'll roll promptly at 0900.
If you haven't been to the new CBC headquarters, it's about a half mile north of the old building, just past the Magnuson Athletic Club / Arena Sports.

What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.

- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
