This is a ride to hook up with Robert Onishi's Liquid Lunch Goes East ride.  We will start at Newport Hills Park & Ride and meet up with Robert.  We'll ride up the east side of Lake Washington from Renton to Juanita Beach, via Points Drive and Lake Washington Blvd.  Lunch stop at Spud Fish and Chips (other options available in the area).  This is where we'll depart to ride East to catch the Sammamish River Trail and around Lake Sammamish for two nice climbs and a great downhill before returning to the park and ride.  Ride leader mentoring opportunity available.  If wet weather, fenders would be appreciated.

Terrain indicates the most common or average terrain type of the ride and should be considered relative to the length and overall difficulty of the ride. For example, a long-distance ride with a lot of elevation gain will be overall less challenging than a short ride with equal elevation gain.
