There's nothing like a ride around Lake Sammamish with cycling friends with a coffee stop! We'll meet at the Marymoor free parking lot, loop around Lake Sammamish, stopping in Issaquah at Tully's for coffee and pastries!
Please bring tools and supplies to change a flat, and know how to use them.
Steady rain cancels - fenders required if the roads are wet- otherwise you may be asked to ride behind other riders.
We'll stick to the steady pace and try to stick to 13-14 MPH on flats and regroup on top of hills as needed. There are no restrooms at the begining of the ride so we will have a brief stop a mile or two into the ride so that everyone can fill water bottles and use restrooms.
The ride starts at E parking lot of Marymoor. Parking is free.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
