A new ride created just for you!  This ride is a tour of Mercer Island and Medina.  We'll start out at Newport Hills Park and Ride and ride around Mercer Island and then around Medina towards Bellevue Square and on towards Yarrow Point.  This is a nice scenic ride on mostly low traffic residential roads.  We'll stop at the Starbucks on Mercer Island for a cup of coffee halfway through the ride.  If wet weather, fenders would be appreciated.  Ride leader mentoring opportunity available.

For example, a long-distance ride with a lot of elevation gain will be overall less challenging than a short ride with equal elevation gain.
