Event has already happened.
Meet up at Ravenna Park, at the triangle of grass near the pedestrian bridge at NE 58th St and 20th Ave NE. We'll start out riding to the Burke Gilman Trail and head north around Lake Washington, cross the I-90 Trail, and return through the Arboretum. Please arrive early to sign the waiver and a listen to a brief safety talk so we can hit the road right at 10 a.m.
Make sure you have air in your tires and can handle a flat or any mechanical issues on the way, and bring water and munchies to keep you going. If you think you might want to go faster or slower than moderate speed, please print or download the map: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/6359544. We'll stop briefly at one or two parks as needed for restrooms. Feel free to join us at a cozy nearby cafe after the ride.
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
