On these warm summer days, few things are as satisfying as a bike ride and a big dish of gourmet, ultra-premium ice cream! You can experience BOTH on our Moderate Pace ride from the Old City Hall Building (200 Mill Ave S) in Renton to Molly Moon's Homemade Ice Cream Shop in U. Village. The map, cue sheet and route profile are here: http://ridewithgps.com/routes/5835003. Riders should print the cue sheet and have a spare tube, tools and the know-how to fix a flat. Please arrive by 9:45 am at the latest for the safety briefing and waiver signing so we can roll at 10:00 am. Toilets are located near the parking area, and there will be a rest, bathroom and water stop at Seward Park.
This is another serving of a ride in late July, for those who missed the first one, or are relishing a repeat. Ice Cream Ride season is nearing an end. Don't miss out!!
We will be riding a High Moderate/Low Brisk (Moderisk) Pace, 15-17 mph.
The ride leader will not be at the ride start should weather meet the definition for cancellation (showers). Ride cancellation will be announced in the Comments Section and on th Meetup site for this ride at least two (2) hours prior to the ride start.
