On the Move Monday
Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
This is a 27-mile steady-paced ride that begins at Old Renton City Hall and follows the Cedar River Trail to 140th SE and then proceeds up the 140th hill and cuts through Fairwood/Cascade and heads south along 116th SE and joins the Soos Creek Trail and on to Lake Meridian.
It's a good ride for Boeing employees taking part in the On the Move Challenge and for all others who wish to see some delightful natural scenery along Soos Creek and picturesque Lake Meridian. The route is mostly smaller, rolling hills with the exception of the 140th hill about three miles in, which can be challenging. As a result, we'll take several rest stops on the way up. After that, it's mostly flattish to the lake and back and we'll go down 140th enroute to the finish.
