Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
This ride will start at the Old Renton City Hall. We will start the ride with a counter-clockwise direction around lower Lake Washington with a clockwise loop around Mercer Island, then across the bridge to Leshi. We will stop at Starbucks for coffee. Bring $ for coffee and a pastry. We will continue the ride down to Seward Park and then back to Renton via Rainier Ave. Our pace will be steady (12-14mph) on the flats with no wind. With a tailwind we may ride a little faster and with a headwind the pace will be slower.
Steady rain will cancel the ride, “I will not be at the ride start should conditions be as noted in “Weather Cancels?” above. I will announce the cancellation in the comments section below at least 2 hours prior to the ride start and will monitor my phone and/or email listed in the Contact information. If you have questions about the weather, please call (or email) before you leave for the ride.”
What to Know Before You Go
- Advance registration required. Cancel if unable to attend, to open space for others.
- Must be present at safety briefing to participate.
- Helmets required.
- Riders under 18 years old require parental consent & approval from the Ride Leader.
