Ride Contact
Event has already happened.
This is a nice in city winter training route with a few good hills, some longish (for city riding ) uninterrupted flats, and pleasant water views. We will get warmed up on a few hills in Magnolia then head south to Lincoln Park in West Seattle, up Marine View, east over the humps and along the Duwamish, descend at the South end of Lake Washington in Renton where we head north on Lake Wash Blvd to Seward Park (around the 2 loops in park), then continue north to the Burke Gillman Trail and back to Magnolia. No formal food stop, I recommend bringing at least 600 calories. Brief stops at Lincoln Park and Seward Park. Please join us at Discovery Park NORTH parking lot by 9:20 so we can roll at 9:30 (Make 1st R after you enter the park on Government Way). Fenders with buddy flap REQUIRED if roads are wet. Showers cancel. Back around 2PM.
