Free Official Food Stops

Food is chosen for its nutritional quality, carbohydrate and potassium replacement, taste, and of course, quantity. The ride food is not meant to be a meal but food that will keep you going without filling you up. If you have special food needs, please plan accordingly. Food stops also provide water, portable toilets, mechanical assistance and first aid.

53 miles	Whole Foods Market Spanaway* Staffed by the Spanaway Junior High Athletic Department. First Aid station staffed by Group Health volunteers.
100 miles	Centralia - One-day riders only Staffed by Centralia/Chehalis Chamber of Commerce. First Aid station staffed by Group Health volunteers.

Mini-stops and Services

Mini-stops are located approximately halfway between each food stop and feature food for purchase. Mini-stops are staffed and sponsored by local community organizations that use them as fundraisers. They offer mechanical support, portable toilets, and first aid kits (no attendants).
