There is no food at the start line. Eat before you arrive so you're fueled and ready to ride
Food along the course is chosen for its nutritional quality, carbohydrate and potassium replacement, taste, and of course, quantity. The ride food is not meant to be a meal but food that will keep you going without filling you up. If you have special food needs, please plan accordingly. Food stops also provide water, portable toilets, mechanical assistance and first aid.

Mini-stops and Services
Mini-stops are located approximately halfway between each food stop and feature food for purchase. Mini-stops are staffed and sponsored by local community organizations that use them as fundraisers. They offer mechanical support, portable toilets, and first aid kits (no attendants). Below is a approximate list of the mini-stops and the groups involved. Note this may change prior to the event and should only be used for general reference.
