Cascade's only urban ride, the Restore Our Waters Cascade Spawning Cycle, gives riders a chance to pay tribute to the salmon that pass through our city AND ride beautiful routes along Seattle's scenic waterfront.

New this year, the ride is FREE and no registration is required. The route will originate in Seward Park and will run in conjunction with Bicycle Sundays. We will no longer be offering the longer loops from years past, but we have teamed up with Green Seattle Partnership and Friends of Madrona Woods in addition to title sponsor, Restore Our Waters, to give riders an experience they will truly enjoy.
