Total cost: $930
You may pay in full at time of registration. This payment includes a $230 non-refundable deposit.
OR
You may register with the non-refundable $230 deposit now and pay balance by May 15, 2011 via check or money order.
Registration opens at noon on January 10, 2011. There is a limit of 250 riders.
Transportation
From Seattle to Raymond, WA on Saturday, August 20: $50
From Leavenworth to Seattle on Saturday, Aug. 27: $50
Bike storage at Cascade Bicycle Club post-event: $10 per day
Bus and bike transportation is for registered riders only. Bus tickets are invalid without a registration. There is a $10 surcharge each way if you purchase a bus ticket after you register. You must book by July 18, 2011 to guarantee a spot.

Refund Policy
Cascade Bicycle Club offers a 75% refund of the registration cost on any of our events up to 30 days prior to the event date. The non-refundable payment for Ride Around Washington is $230 - 25% of total cost. All bus fees are fully refundable up to 30 days prior to the event. To claim your refund you must send a written request to us by July 19, 2011. Note that after July 19, 2011 there will be no refunds for event or transportation given under any circumstances.

Trip Insurance
Independent trip insurance is recommended. In the event you discover you are unable to make the trip less than 30 days prior to departure, the insurance could cover full registration and any ancillary costs such as transportation.

Insurance costs may vary – please be sure to read the fine print of any independent insurance agreement that you purchase. Pre-existing medical conditions or family member medical emergencies may not be covered. If you do not purchase your insurance within 14 days of booking your tour, you may not be eligible for pre-existing cancellation benefits.
Cancellation Due to Acts of Nature
It is possible that events may lead to the closure of one or more portions of the roads that we plan to use for the ride, due to an act of nature such as fire, earthquake or by order of a bonafide governement agency. If the cancellation occurs during the ride, we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in either using an alternate route or leaving the affected area and returning home depending on the scope of the natural events. Cascade Bicycle Club will not give any refunds once the tour is commenced due to any act outside of its control.
