2008 High Pass Challenge Registration

Online registration is $80 and is open until Sept. 3. Registration by mail is $90 for entries postmarked by August 25. NO day of event registration, you must register in advance. Cascade members receive a $10 discount. 800 Rider Limit.

Training with Cycle U			This plan is created for an average rider who has completed at least 75 miles and is ready to take on the High Pass Challenge!
Advance registration only! No day of event registration at the start line
Membership discount SAVE $10 on High Pass Challenge by becoming a Cascade Bicycle Club member. You'll enjoy up to $55 of savings on all other Cascade events and receive many other benefits, while you further support Cascade's education and advocacy programs!

Refunds & Transfers

1. HPC registration packets will be mailed in advance.
2. No refunds are available for any reason, medical or otherwise.
3. You may sell or give your HPC registration to another person for a $20 transfer fee.
   • Seller and buyer agree on a price. This is a private transaction.
   • Seller must give original registration packet to the buyer. Buyer beware: you must receive the packet from the seller to participate in the event.
   • Seller completes the transfer form.
   • Buyer completes a new registration form with his/her information.
   • The parties must now send the buyer’s registration form, the transfer form and a $20 transfer fee (payable by cash, check or credit card as indicated on the transfer form.).
     Send these materials to Cascade Bicycle Club, ATTN: HPC Transfer, PO Box 15165, Seattle, WA 98115.
   • Mail-in HPC transfers must be sent by August 25.
   • Riders can also bring transfer materials to the Cascade office until Sept. 3.
   • After Sept. 3, all transfers materials must be delivered to the HPC start line.
     

Packet Pickup

• If your registration is received by August 25, your rider packet will be mailed to you FREE.
• If your registration is received after that date your packet will be at the start line.
• Everyone who COMPLETES the High Pass Challenge will receive a finisher T-shirt that will be available only at the finish line!
• Start line and late packet pickup hours are 7 AM to 8 AM. Everyone must start by 8 AM.
