Ride Description:
Urban farming is becoming the "next big thing" in Seattle with more and more people participating in food gardening and raising their own livestock right at home. Come visit a local urban farm, meet "The Girls" (insert chicken sound here), and check out a local farm supply store all without leaving the city. Meet a little before 1:00 for a briefing before rolling off to see the animals. We'll meet between the Wedgewood Presbyterian Church and the Hunter Tree Farm property near 35th Ave NE & NE 80th Street. We ride at an easy pace, stay together as a group, and ride in the rain--so dress for the weather! Helmets are a must for every head.
