Where can I find my membership number? You can find it in several places: on your membership card; on the label of your Courier; by calling the office at (206)522-3222.
Can my friends who are not Cascade members register for events in January?
Anyone who joins Cascade Bicycle Club is eligible to receive advance registration. Anyone can join the Club anytime, online through Active.com.
Do I also have to be a member of Active.com?
No. Membership in Active.com is optional; it is NOT required to register for CBC events. Active.com membership entitles its members to additional savings and discounts on gear, travel, and registration fees.
When can non-members register for events?
Events are open for public registration starting February 1.
What happens if an event sells out?
Some popular Cascade Bicycle Club events do sell out in advance. We recommend registering as soon as possible to secure your place. Your last chance to obtain a registration for a sold-out event is to browse the message boards for riders transfering their registrations.
Can my friends who are not members register for events in January?
All members of Cascade Bicycle Club, including new members, are eligible for advance registration. Encourage your friends to join the Club in December through Active.com to receive this special member benefit starting in January.
Will the office be closed for a holiday break?
Yes. The office will be closed for Winter Solstice December 24 - January 1. No one will be available to answer questions during this time. We will reopen for business on January 2.
Is everyone in my family covered under the same membership number?
No. Each member has a unique membership number. Because one family member has joined does not mean spouse or children are covered under that membership.
How can I add family members to my membership so that we all can register in January?
To upgrade your membership to a household plan, fill out the form online (PDF) and fax it to us at (206) 522-2407. You can also upgrade over the phone with a credit card by calling (206) 522-3222. Upgrades cannot be processed online through active.com.
